Vishal Woochit has over 24 years' experience in fund structuring, administration and governance and he is an Executive Director of Excellentia Fiduciary Ltd. He has led and expanded fund services businesses, advising fund managers and development finance institutions on compliance, risk management and operational efficiency. His experience spans private equity, venture capital, real estate and hedge funds, where he is serving as a director and investment committee member.
Non-Executive Director
Devananda Naraidoo, FCCA, has over 33 years’ experience in audit, accounting and fiduciary services. He is an Executive Director of Excellentia Fiduciary Ltd and has previously held senior leadership roles within international professional services and fiduciary organisations. He brings extensive expertise in fund administration, corporate structuring and financial due diligence.
Founder and Executive Director
Daniel Etokhana has an extensive professional background of over 20 years in Financial Market and Banking. His years of experience cut across Treasury & Investment management, Human Resource Management and Business Advisory. He is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), with a distinction in ACI dealing and price winner in Corporate Finance in the CIS exam certification. His expertise lies highly in trading equities, Fixed Income, FX, Commodities and Derivative products.
Daniel has also headed several trading desks in the treasury department of some financial institutions.
Founder and Executive Director
Chukwuma Egbuche is a finance professional with over 10 years of experience with an outstanding delivery record at managing portfolios and balance sheets. He is a fellow of the ACI Financial Markets Association (ACIFMA) certified treasury professional who was also registered as an OTC dealer by the Financial Markets Association in Nigeria.
His vast work experience spans tenors in some commercial banks across Africa while maintaining an expertise in the global financial market after having careers with the likes of Ecobank Nigeria Limited, Keystone Bank Limited and FSDH Merchant Bank. He was also the Head of Trading at Eleon Capital Management, a CySEC regulated firm based in Cyprus.
